I've lived in the same apartment for almost 4 years and the couple problems I've had have all been solved by maintenance quickly and satisfactorily. With the addition of pets being allowed there's nothing I would change.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Grounds, Friendly atmosphere, Animal friendly. Excellent Staff Management — Beautiful, Friendly, Efficient to Basic needs, never judge a book by its cover. Its cozy The management and maintenance are very kind understanding and over and above and beyond helpful. I believe this place is excellent for students, and elderly people and people on fixed incomes. The apartments are priced perfect for these individuals. I would recommend anyone to stay here.
|Recommended: YesAffordable and comfortable housing — Entrust is putting in the work to change the perception of Woodgate. Renovations are under way to give the property and newer and cleaner look, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. You can’t beat the location and rent is fair.

|Recommended: YesNo Major Complaints — I’ve been through two seperate leases with these apartments in the last two years, with a couple months break in between. My first 6 months was in 422 and the appliances were much newer than the one I am in now, but that’s not a huge deal. I love living here. I love that there are lease options and they are not too short and not too long because the most popular option is the six month lease. I am now on month-to-month, which is also another great feature to these apartments. It’s very inexpensive. The employees that work in the office are very nice and super attentive. I’ve been here long enough to see how the old mangers were verses the new managers. Still no complaints. I feel blessed to have found such a great place with some pretty great neighbors I’ve met. There may be one or two i could do without but what are you gonna do
