I never hear my neighbors maybe someone walking by my door but that it. Me and my cats love the environment and how close we are to the dumpsters, laundry rooms, and restaurants. Overall a perfect first apartment for college kids.

The inside of the unit is nice. I was in one of the newly refurbished units.
Its somewhat small, with just a window air conditioner for comfort. I moved in during the summer and the A.C. has been performing fine.
Being next to the highway isn't a big issue, as a fan or the AC can easily block out the noise.
Overall I'm happy with my choice to live here. It doesn't have many ammenities besides the laundry room, but its cheap and comfortable.
|Recommended: YesThe Neighbors — Most everything is excellent so far. My one complaint would be my upstairs neighbors are pretty loud in the middle of the night.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I would say its a nice affordable place, quiet and safe. Everything is well kept up and if you have an issue they get right on top of it typically by next day.
